Panayiotis has a dual qualification as a Solicitor of England & Wales and a Cypriot advocate. Panayiotis is a graduate of Christ’s College of the University of Cambridge with a degree in law (MA (Cantab), LLB).
Prior to moving to Cyprus, Panayiotis worked for eight years in the corporate team of global Magic Circle law firm Linklaters LLP, more recently as a managing associate. Panayiotis has represented private equity funds and their portfolio companies, sovereign funds and high-net-worth individuals and multinational corporations. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and consortiums, reorganisations and ongoing corporate and portfolio company advice in relation to high-profile, cross-border, high-value transactions.
Panayiotis combines excellent legal advice with a personal no-nonsense approach. He brings a collaborative and commercial approach to resolving disparate interests amongst divergent stakeholders without losing focus of the primary objective – getting the deal done.

Stelios has a dual qualification as a Solicitor of England & Wales and a Cypriot advocate. Stelios holds an LLB from the University College London.
Prior to moving to Cyprus, Stelios worked for eight years in London as managing associate in the banking team of global Magic Circle law firm Linklaters LLP. Stelios also completed secondments in Linklaters Moscow, as well as the restructuring unit of Lloyds Bank plc in London. Stelios’ practice focuses on restructuring, insolvency and financing matters, acting for a range of stakeholders including banks, funds, corporates and insolvency practitioners.
With his strong technical and analytical approach on technical legal matters, Stelios is a passionate, enthusiastic and flexible professional providing high-quality advice that is solution-driven and always focused on maximising value for his clients.
